We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China, and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
We ship orders overseas by mail service. Tracking number will be provided after shipment.
After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post office when it arrives at your country.
Most of our products are custom made and handmade. As a result, our standard delivery time, which includes print and production time, is approximately 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the time of the year you place your order. Most items will be delivered, however, usually within 2-3 weeks after the purchase, except for the items ordered during the holiday season (November and December).
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment has left the fulfillment center.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company and they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address being in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay the required fee to receive your order.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your orders to the email that you used when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive the shipping confirmation email. Finding and tracking your orders are made easy by using the Order Lookup and Track Your Order links under Orders menu on our home page.
