Each wine glass is proudly laser etched in and shipped from Hannibal Missouri via trackable USPS. You'll get your beautiful personalized wine glasses delivered to your door (in the U.S.) within 5 to 10 days after the order date! Estimated delivery time is 14-21 days for Canada and Europe, and 24-30 days for Australia. Tracking number will be provided after shipment.

Returns And Refunds

Personalized wine glasses are not returnable or refundable unless they are damaged or defected. In an unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defected wine glass, let us know and we will immediately send you a replacement or give you a full refund, the choice is yours.
